Hi All

Please assist my client is getting this error when Sending invoices from BC using her mail.

She is the only user getting the issue other users are able to send the invoices to customers on from BC

Here is the error:

cannot load an instance of the following .NET Framework object: assembly Microsoft.Dyanamics.nav.Licencingservice.Model, Version=1.1.22234.1, Culture=neutral, PublickeyToken=31bf33856ad364e35.

    Hi,

    We have the same issue on multiple BC SaaS environments. My suspicion is that MS need to fix a .dll on their side, as has happened in the past: community.dynamics.com/.../cannot-load-an-instance-of-the-following-net-framework-object-assembly-microsoft-dyanamics-nav-licencingservice-model-version-1-1-22234-1-culture-neutral-publickeytoken-31bf33856ad364e35

    Hopefully we get an update from MS soon.
