Hello Everyone:

In the Accounts form we want to list our Competitors is there away to do this.

Much like the Leads has. I looked at the Accounts form for the Sub-Grid and did not see a list for Competitors for Only Relegated Records.

Any help or advice would be great

    Hello,

You will only see related entities under Only Related records, so for that you first need to setup relationship between account and competitor than you will be able to get it, just like opportunity has relationship with competitor.

    Hi..

There is not existing relationship between Account and competitors..

First you need to create that relationship and then you can able to show account related competitors.

If you want to show all competitors for all accounts then you can just put sub grid and select records as All record type.. then you will able to select competitors.

    - This will show all competitors in system when account form is opened.

    Hope this will help..

    Damon,

    You are right.

Competitor currently only have relationship with entities: Product, Sales Literature, Lead, and Competitor.

There is no Account and Competitor relationship.

You need to create N:N Relationship like with Lead or Opportunity then just place a subgrid or just use associated view.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks.

    Hi Damon,

You need to create a Relationship between Accounts and Competitors Entity (ideally you need to create an N:N relationship).

Once you have done this you will be able to insert the Sub Grid for Competitors on Accounts Form, as it is done for Opportunities / Leads.

    Hope that helps

    Thanks
