Management Reporter Consolidated Statements return zeroes for values

I just migrated a series of reports from FRx to Management Reporter. All reports use a reporting tree. When I print a consolidated report all values returned are zero. However, if I print a report for any of the branches of the tree there is the data.What is causing this and how do I correct this? This is MR CU 16 with GP 2018 R2.

I think I see what is going on. MR has Dimension Sets and FRx does not. In the tree for the consolidated row it is set to DIVISION = [000]. If I print out a trial balance for that segment there are hundreds of journal entries and the debits equal the credits for a balance of zero. There is also a Financial Dimensions Link column and they are all populated with GL1. I have no idea what that means. I would appreciate any insight on this and if I am on the right track. I need to research what the Dimensions and Financial Dimensions Link columns do.
