How to post data in back date.

Hi,

Is it possible to post Sales Order And Purchase Order in Back date.

I mean to say if we create new database so can we all entries of sales order , purchase order and cash voucher from 01-04-2015 to till date.

    yes,you can post but the registries will have created date as today only.

    You can post any transaction to a past date (If you have permission and posting period is opened). All you have to do is change the posting date of the sales order and purchase order.

    Hi,

    Of course, you can post.  But you need to check your opening balance (pertaining to which date).
