Yes, there is, you can go to https://spinbackup.com/blog/migrating-from-g-suite-to-office-365/ and their data migration guide, which will be a valuable help to you. The process itself is not an easy task to do; that's why you need to ask for help from professionals. I used this guide myself, and everything went smoothly and without any losses of important data.

My apologies, Jonathan is correct. I keep forgetting the PSTL is now included on the install media for GP 2010 and GP2013. If you go to Programs and Features and then Microsoft Dynamics and choose Change you will see it listed.

Looks like we are kind of all over the place on this one guys. First we need to know are you talking about moving from another application such as Quickbooks to GP or do you have a GP company that you want to bring the master records into another GP company.

As others have noted if it is bring from another application such as QuickBooks to GP then you can use the Rapid Migration tool or look into Integration Manager (I would recommend Integration Manager).

If you are brining information from another GP company into a new one then you can use PSTL as others noted. If you are on GP 2010 or GP 2013 you do not need to download or contact your Partner for PSTL as it is a free tool. If you are on GP 10 you will need to contact your Partner or simply open a support case and we can provide you the PSTL tool as well since this is free on all versions now.

Another question I would have is how often will you be needing to create new companies based on master data of another? We have had situations in retail where they open several stores each year so we created a master company template and then used that template to add the new stores. We used a custom SQL script for that. If this is just a one shot deal then the Professional Services Tool Library(PSTL) is the way to go.

    Refeesh Ali,

Customers should contact their Partner for install PSTL tool and more information.  You will no longer be able to download PSTL from CustomerSource.

For your reference, please have a look on the below link.

You can not download the PSTL using your customer source account, you need to contact your partner.
