Dear All
I need help, I created an advanced find query, saved it as a view, and then use the view to create the dashboard in Microsoft Dynamics CRM online.
I have 17 instances (databases). How can I take that dashboard and populate it in all my databases instead of creating the same thing 17 times?

it works well but it does not copy across the "share" (access right), is there a way to copy access rights across ?

Here is a link to the View Transfer Tool. It is available as a part of the XrmToolBox.
Please give me a link to clear instructions of using View Transfer tool, the dashboard are not that problematic because they are displaying exactly what is on the views, so they are easy to create.
It depends if these are a personal view and dashboard, or system ones. If they are a system view and dashboard, then you can create a solution that contains the view and dashboard, export it, and import it into each instance. However, if the objects are personal objects, this is not possible. You could use the View Transfer tool in XrmToolbox to transfer a personal view, though I don't know of any tools to transfer personal dashboards.
