Project Commitment Amounts

We have an issue where project commitment amounts aren't correct and we have to run Financial Transaction Transfer which gets them corrected.  Is this a documented bug?  I haven't found any search results pertaining to this.

    Dear Anthony,

    Yes this is a bug. The observation is that the system needs a new step added to monthly close. Otherwise Auto-FTT requires manual FTT monthly after close to bring over open POs. Summary data is out of synch until that happens.
