GP 10.0 Trial Install Fails with exit code: 1935

Attempting a first-time install on a clean 2008 server. The install fails right at the beginning of the process during SQL installation.

 Any ideas what this exit code means, and how to resolve the problem?

     I have the same error, and the logs are very long to paste here, if you have any clue it will be very much appreciated

    Late reply I know. Did you resolve this issue?

    Have a look at the install log at: C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\90\Setup Bootstrap\LOG\Files\

    This will give mote info on the error message you are getting.

    Are you using Windows XP?
