Windows 7 "Forces Minimize" of GP Windows

Hello:

A GP end user who accesses GP through Terminal Server is the only user having this problem.

When he choose a GP window to open, it automatically minimizes.

This problem occurred, when his laptop was reformatted with a newer version of Windows - Windows 7.

How do we prevent this "auto-minimization" from happening?
