How to display over 5K markers on the OpenStreetmap in Dynamics 365 Webrsource tab without performance issue?

Hi Dynamics CRM fellows,

I integrated OpenStreetMap on the Kontakt form with HTML and Javascript. We have over 100K contacts and related accounts. I can query with max and min latitude longitude nearest all contacts and related accounts and all found records marked on the map with markers. If the user clicks on the marker the information of the record is displayed with the popup. Everything is working but needs a long time to upload and display all marked records. Sometimes froze the page for over 3 minutes.

my question is: How efficient and fast can I do this approach without issue? I want to accelerate performance. For the project I use

HTML
Javascript
Https Request with paging

I don't have an issue getting all information. Only the upload and query need a long time and CRM going to slowly. I want to accelerate execution performance.

Any advice is welcome and thanks in advance for your time.
