I need to effect price changes asap. Currently I use a config pack to load the sale price changes into the Sales Price Worksheet. It takes a few hours to run through all the products, including prep time.
So now i am trying to make use of the Suggest Sales Price feature and increasing the price by a factor. Unfortunately I am not having very consistent results.
If an Item has more than 1 sales price on the item card, trying to add the item to the Sales Price Worksheet results in an error:
If I remove the already ended sales price and only leave the 1 current sales price then the price updates fine but the calculation of the New Price Incl. VAT seems to be incorrect.
The New Unit Price is correct. The New Unit Price Including VAT is wrong. It should be the same as the New Unit Price. There is something wrong with the VAT and its workings. We use Price Includes VAT = ON on the Item Card. I am testing with a VAT rate of 14.5, so the New Unit Price Including VAT is the Current Price x 14.5% VAT.
