How do I use the CRM contact address book in Outlook?

Hi.

If I want to schedule a meeting from Outlook and include contacts from CRM, is this possible w/o synching the contacts to your personal contacts list in Outlook?

There's an address book called "CRM contacts" in my list of address books but it's empty.

There's a screwy bug in CRM 4 which means the address book does not populate properly unless you go to CRM=Options-Address Book and select the 'Match all contacts...' radio button. Leon Tribe
