Can't print attached pdf files

Hi,

Last few weeks I can't print any .pdf files which are attached to Formula BOM's.

I get this message - " A call to System.Diagnostics.Process.Start failed with this message: No application is associated with the specified file for this operation".

Probably this message is related to the problem which stops NAV from printing attached files.

Maybe somebody knows the solution to this problem?

    Hi, It looks like there is no program associated with opening PDF files on your PC.

    I'm not sure what your OS is, you can try the methods below.

    ・Right-click on the PDF file and then click Properties.
    ・Click Change.
    ・Select the program you want to use to open the file. For example, select Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader.

    OS - Windows Server 2022 Datacenter - which running from "Clouds".

    .pdf files opening with Acrobat Reader. And there is no issues to print them.

    Problem is in NAV. NAV not printing attached .pdf files.

    Example - I created Production Order through "Batch Planning Worksheet". Then going to "Released Production Orders - All" and select order that I created. From menu I select "Report" and "Production Order Job Card". Then "Print" and Printer which I prefer.

    NAV Printing only Production Order, but not printing any .pdf files that is attached to this Order.
