Cannot enable feature "E-invoicing service workspace designer"

Hi,

I need to enable this feature but its giving error /You cannot enable this feature. The E-Invoicing service workspace designer cannot be enabled. Please contact system administrator./

(IAM THE SYSTEM ADMIN)

Note that i am using version 10.0.39 for my UAT environment.

Try to enable Electronic Invoicing integration feature before E-Invoicing service workspace designer.

Before activating and setting up integration with e-invoicing, are you in the following Azure geographies: US, Europe, UK, Asia, Japan, Switzerland, Brazil, United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, France, India.
Have you enabled Globalization features? Electronic invoicing setup (preview) - Finance | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn

Globalization features in feature management is not showing. i also checked the FAQ, but no help for my case, also how i can check azure geography?

Hello,

Have you succeed to enable this feature finally ? I have the same issue and I am not able to pinpoint the issue root cause.

The Globalization studio feature is automatically activated and visible once you have run the Check for update process from the Feature management form.

Navigate to

Electronic document parameter >> Electronic invoicing and leave the environment field as blank (meaning don't fill in anything)

and save it.

After about 45 minutes you should be able to enable the e-invoicing service workspace feature in the feature management workspace.
