Hi All

With other ERP systems, I normally set non-inventory items to standard as the costing method and in BC we can only select FIFO. Can someone shed any light on this?

I have the same question (0)

Is it not down to it being option 1 and in fact no costs are tracked with that type of item? Value entries are 0

    Mahmoud,

Yes, Item Types - Service and Non-Inventory are not tracking Cost since your are not inventorying those Item Type and then selling and relieving Inventory based on the cost of that Item.

    Thanks,

    Steve
