Dear All!
When I create a new email or jump into an existing email from the timeline, the email details are shown in some kind of modal dialog that is actually unusable because it's clued to the bottom right corner of the parent form (see screenshot).
What I want is actually to just open a regular form, no modal dialog. This works well with any other timeline item (e.g. reminder, phone call, etc...)
I tried all different settings of the timeline of the parent dialog (e.g. use "Main form", use "main form dialog", etc...) But this didn't change the behaviour.
Can anyone help me to find the setting to make this work better?
