How to switch crm user account in outlook?

Hi everyone,

I am logging in to my computer by my credential such as : domain\user1. So, when I set up crm in outlook, the default account in crm will be user1. Can I log out user1 in outlook crm and log in by another account such as domain\user2 ?

Obviously, we can do that on the browser but I dont know if we can do the same in Outlook ?

All recommendation are highly appriciated

You should be able to switch user if you signout and signin using other user account. I tried this with CRM on line and it worked fine.

Even though you can connect to usin more than user account you can sync only for one user account.

1.Signout from the first user account.

2. When you try to access crm within outlook , you will be prompted to enter credentials where you can use other account to login to CRM in outlook client.

CRM can be set up in two steps. If you are using CRM 2011 then follow this below link and configure CRM in outlook.
