TimeLine Controls

Hi All,

I am New to Dynamics CRM. I am using CRM On-Premise 2016 version 9.0.19.8.

Can anyone suggest how expand/collapse control can be enable in Timeline.

    Hi Rushiraj,

    You can go to the form of email used in the timeline control to check fields it includes.

    Go Settings > Customization > Customize the system > Entities > Account (select entity that timeline exisits) > Forms.

    Click Account main form and double-click timeline control to ‘Activities Tab Properties’ dialog.

    Switch to Activities tab and check email which card form is selected.

    Go Entities > Email > Forms > Email Card form.

    Add fields you want to shown in the timeline.

    Hi @Leah Ju i have followed your steps.

    when enabled i am getting the control but body preview is not visible.

    Hi Rushiraj,

    In 2020 Release wave 2, you can expand and collapse records in timeline by clicking following icon.

    Also, you can check ‘Expand all records by default’ to expand all records.
