Customer reported an issue where they had imported a budget into AA a few weeks ago and were able to see the figures. Now when they open the AA Budget ID, the budget figures have disappeared. We can however see them in the test company. Should we try importing the numbers again? I did say a KB article aboout adding new accounts and saving them could caue the amounts to disappear. However, I don't know if they added anything. That article recommeds running a delete statement on the AA00096 table in sql. What do you recommend for troubleshooting this issue?
