Can anyone recommend a good software for point of purchase?
We have different locations in different states and right now they do everything manually and just email me sales, etc that I enter into GP. We would like a good system that our different locations could scan their items and it automatically relays to GP.

Katie, there are a number of Point of Sales systems that work with GP including Compass POS (www.compasstechnologies.com/.../Default.aspx) and Dynamics RMS (Retail Mgmt System). Bing Point of Sale Dynamics GP and you'll get a list of potentials to review.
