    ManoVerse 1,242 Super User 2026 Season 1 on at
    @SG-25031541-0 Microsoft deprecated (obsoleted) the Sales usage reports feature on December 1, 2025. You can no longer access those built‑in reports
    Historical KPIs (leads, opportunities, accounts, contacts usage) are no longer available in that feature 
    Microsoft removed them because of Limited Customization , based on older reporting approach and low usage compared to modern analytics tools 
    Microsoft did not provide a direct built-in replacement inside Sales UI. Instead they recommend 
    Using Power BI reports for sales usage analytics
    They provide a sample Power BI report to help transition
