Bing Maps on CRM 2016 Account and Contact forms

We enabled and added bing maps to our customers forms, however, at some point Bing Maps stopped providing the option to "Get Directions" when you click on the address/marker on the map within the form. Is this is a setting or was this deprecated from the feature recently? Thanks! Matt

    Hi Matt,

    I am not sure version of  bing maps are you using?

    Please refer below article for deprecation -

    However you can check below article for bing map direction -
