Hi All,

I am working with TCS  and completely  new to ax 2012. I am feeling very difficult to work with ax 2012.

Please guide me a basics of ax 2012 if possible 

My area is Service Management (claim manage)

    i do not know if you are user, Consultant, developer, but i would really recommend to look online for Courses, or books.

    Some Informations can be found on TechNet.

    Can you elaborate your question, please? "Basics of ax 2012" is very vague, especially when we're talking about such a large system as Dynamics AX 2012.

    For AX 2012 , If you are working with partner there are training materials on Partner Source , and if you are working for End Customer you can download training material from Customer Source  , but if you need AX 2012 R3 material you have to have access to Dynamics Learning Portal in order to access training materials.
