DevOps Testplan

Hi all

I want to create new testplans in DevOps. I can see evything (as I can imagine), My accesslevel is Basic+Testplan but I cannot add any Testplans

When  click create NOTHING happens and No error comes up.

I know for this and RSAT I have to set s.th. in Azure but I am not sure what it was.
Any Help?
