You do not have permission to run the 'Zetadocs General Settings' Form.

I just installed ZetaDocs Express, but when attempting to open the settings form to configure the sharepoint server, I receive a permissions error as follows:

I am logged in as Administrator. How do I troubleshoot this?

    Hello,

    Does your NAV licence include the Zetadocs Express granule (9041210)?

    Can you try refreshing your NAV licence again using VOICE (on PartnerSource). If your NAV licence has not been updated since April 2012, then it will require updating so that you can use the latest version of Zetadocs.
