Advanced Find Bulk Edit is showing a different form that what it actually being used

I want to update some Opportunity records, but when I go through Advanced Find and do a bulk edit, the form that comes up is very different that the form that is actually being used.  I have already checked the form ordering and the form that is coming up in the Bulk edit is last in the list.  How can I fix this so that it shows the correct form when bulk editing?

    May be need to check the "Enable Security Roles" set up in Form Setting.

    Hi USA80,

    It's a weird thing. I tested on my side and the coming up form is the first form in my form order. DO you install any third party plug?

    Here is a thread about that a third party plug would change the form order:
