205I am currently using RMS in my hobby store. I have a web site and ebay sales that are downloaded directly into RMS through Kosmos Central's web ingegrator. This proces works great... But I am having problems with order accuracy.
Does anyone know of an addon to help with order fulfillment? Currently I tender out the transaction and use the receipt as a pick list. Items are then packaged and shipped with shiprush. This works perfectly if the correct items are picked.
Ideally I would like something where I get a pick list or receipt to grab the items. The receipt is then scanned (or order ID entered). Then all items are scanned. If incorrect items are scanned a nasty tone is emitted from the computer or something ot that effect. Also, if all the correct items are scanned, I can then ship the package.
I have thousands of items in my store that have similar skus, but are totally different incompatible items.
Does such a beast exist? I average about 100 packages a day and despite my best efforts, mistakes are made.
