AX7 query options at advanced filter

Hi all,

in AX2012 there was the possibility to use query options, like (day(-1)) or (dayrange(-5,0)).

I tried same logic in AX7, but get no results. Isn't this feature available in AX7?

Could you try "matches" instead of "is exactly" ?

Ievgen, thanks for your reply.

I get the following error message: Invalid value (\(dayRange(-5\, 0)\)) specified in the query predicate.

Purchase order with advance filter for "is exactly" on delivery date. Can you try this, please.

Hi Lars,

I just tried to use (dayRange(-5, 0)) in advance filter on PO form and it worked for me as a charm. I did my testing in AX 7 RTW.

Hi Martin,

for example: I open all sales orders form. Then I create a filter, that give me all sales orders with create date in the last 5 days. This should be dynamic, because if today's day is tomorrow, it should give me also the last 5 days.

I'm looking for a function, the user can easily use. Like (dayrange(-5,0)) in AX2012.

As far as I know, it should not only work, but it's even more powerful then before. Take a look at QueryRangeFunctionAttribute as a replacement for SysQueryRangeUtil.

Can you describe your exact scenario?
