I think cash and carry-out are working with customer order creation. but it gives an error message 'Required value is missing, even after selecting payment .
Please help me, you have an idea?
Warm regards
Hi Oksana Kovaliova ,
Thank you
1. Is there any extension available to share with me
2. When customer selected, it should update shipment location automatically along with shipment date
Please give me any solution
Warm regards
Hi, earlier if you were doing carry out line by line - POS was not converting sales order to cash and carry, it was leaving it as sales order.
Also on some project we developed special button 'Carry out' - that does carry out line by line but from code. This was a way to avoid that 'auto covert to transaction behavior'
So I understand what you need to achieve, carry out workaround described about should help, but you need to test how it works in your system + check with developer the 2nd option too.
Hi Juliet Zhu
"Cash and carry transactions will eventually be converted to sales orders, during statement posting process."
in this option . do we need close the shift? Advice me to setup in HQ default date and warehouse, so that it will NOT trouble user enter values for each entry
Warm Regards
Cash and carry transactions will eventually be converted to sales orders, during statement posting process.
If you choose to generate sales order in POS, it is designed as pick up or delivery order which would require location and shipment information.
Hi Shafeeque,
I have tried with carry out option for both all lines and selected line, but it converting into POS Transaction instead of Customer Order. we operate on Customer sale orders because the sale order is basis for generating Planned orders (Purchase, Transfer and Production) automatically. using code coverage and master plan.

.
Please refer learn.microsoft.com/.../hybrid-customer-orders to understand what is mentioned in the previous post by Oksana.
Hi
Thank you for the support
As we need customer order in our case, it is not right option because it wont create Sales order in POS, instead it will keep it as normal POS transaction. we need sale order because I want to create Planned orders for production etc.
Please suggest any other way out
warm regards.
Hi, If you want 'cash and carry to be as customer order', then you can try to use 'carry out line' option for each individual line. This should work in standard (it still works)
For having customer order with all data but populated by default - this is code change.
