How to make attendance setup in Microsoft GP 10 by using HR. How to setup, accrual periods, accruals, accrual schedule, and time code. Please help me to solve this scenario.

I have read the manual but couldnt get any point.

Example data

1. ANNUAL LEAVE:
Year of Service Hours Earned
Less than 7 96 hours

Transferable to next year at year end = 240 hours max

2. SICK LEAVE:
Year of Service Hours Earned
Less than 7 80 hours

Transferable to next year at year end = 240 hours max

NOTE: - Can we transferred the remaining hours of any accrual period to next year
