Microsoft Custom Code Validation Tool displays a blank screen

Hi Folks,

I have download the latest version of Custom Code Validation Tool for Dynamics CRM. When I import the solution file and run the tool, I get a blank screen. No Web Resources could be loaded. None of the web resources are NULL. Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?

I am also getting a blank screen. I have gone through the instructions twice. Any suggestions?

I deleted the solution from CRM and downloaded the solution again to be sure I had the most up-to-date version. After importing this opened the tool instead of a blank screen.
