Don't you have to z-out at the register before the new tender type take affect.

OR .. make sure your voucher tender type in Manager shows the "Allow multiple entries" as checked.

then go to POS and scan in the $100. ball and tender the transaction. Enter the first voucher as payment. Being the voucher does not hold enough to cover the entire purchase, once you have completed entering the first voucher, another voucher line will be added to the tender screen. Add the second voucher and so on until the tender screen has enough to cover the purchase.

    Hello newuser,

    Thank you for the questions.

You can combine the vouchers so that you have one voucher with enough balance to cover the item.

Let's say you have two vouchers, Voucher A and Voucher B. Add money to Voucher A with the remaining balance of Voucher B.

    1. Log into Store Operations Point of Sale.

    2. Press CTRL + SHIFT + F3 to bring up Voucher Options

    3. Select Add money

    4. Enter the voucher number (Voucher A) which you would like to add money.

    5. Click OK.

    6. The voucher will now appear as a line-item. Enter the amount you would like to add to this voucher (the balance of Voucher B).

    7. Press F12.

    8. Tender the transaction with Voucher B.

Please let us know if that helps or if you have any other questions.
