Unable to create a trial environment

When trying to create a new trial environment for Finance and Operations it returns an error. 
It shows: 

We're currently facing issues in setting up your trial environment. Please reach out to support at community.

    This issue has been discussed in the forum before. Now the trial version and lab environment have been deleted, and the free trial button in the trial environment link has been removed. For more discussion on this issue you can check out the old thread below.
