Take a look at the following FAQs in KingswaySoft web site:

    www.kingswaysoft.com/.../faq

What format of data do I expect to read from a CRM activityparty (partylist) field in a CRM source component?

How do I specify the input values for a CRM activityparty field in a CRM destination component?

    Hope this helps.

    Hi,

you need to migrate the activities and not the activitypointers/activityparties. If you migrate for example the emails the regardingobject is there. You just need to map it correctly.

FYI: I think your systemuser don't have the same GUID between the onpremise and online environment, thus you need to configure every lookup to search on the text of the lookup and not the GUID.

    Hi,

regardingobjectid will be there for each particular activity (email, task, etc). Not sure why it's not there for the activity pointers, but I'm assuming that's just a limitation(and, besides, there should probably be no activity pointers without actual activities.. so you should be creating those activities instead)

    Hi Aldous,

you can't create an activitypointer object, that's a sort of a collection of entities that are of activity type. You have to migrate activity types. exmaple: email, appointment, task, phonecall etc,

    Thanks
