Does Management Reporter Viewer have an auto delete for reports that are generated, or does it keep them until they are manually deleted? Is there a limit to the number of versions that it will keep for a report?

No & no. There is no Auto-Delete option for generated reports. And there is no limit to the number of versions that are retained. I have a client that uses the Report Scheduler to generate approximately 50 reports each weekday morning, and we occasionally need to run SQL scripts to clean-up old archived reports that are no needed.
