    Corporate Renaissance Group has a great tool to combine companies - https://crgroup.com/

    Binary Stream Multi-Entity Management has a great tool to enable multiple "companies" to function within one database which would likely assist with your scenarios - https://binarystream.com/

    There are also advanced intercompany products out there that might be able to let you stay in multiple companies and then more efficiently process transactions between multiple companies.
