Issue to enable row version change tracking for custom data entity for Azure Synapses Link

Requirement: For one of our client, it is required to expose custom data entity (Data Entity - A) to Azure Synapses Link.

Approach: Because of the MS validation rules, we cannot enable the change tracking for the Data entity - A from the back end (Visual Studio). Therefore, we decided to create a new table (Table - B) that pulls the records periodically from the Data entity - A depending on the business needs. We will expose the Table - B to Azure Synapses Link for further usage.
 
 
D365 F&O Scheduler: This will pull all the data periodically from the data entity (Data entity - A), delete all the historical records from the Table - B and insert those selected sets of records into Table - B that we will expose to Azure Synapses Link.
 
 
Question: I am just looking for some best suggestions/ideas to achieve this requirement.

    I would not recommend this approach because you are creating a point of failure and you are creating extra overhead for F&O, especially if there is a lot of data. If you really must do this, then update the data in the cache table, do not delete everything and populate it from scratch.
     
    Your data entity consists of data sources (tables). Why not use those tables directly in Dataverse / Synapse Link for Dataverse? What is your data entity doing extra? Is there a lot of business logic etc that can't be replicated?
     
    By the way, which MS validation rule prevents enabling change tracking on your data entity?

    Is it possible to use Table A in the Synapse link instead of the related data entity? Can you tell more about your customization? What is Table A about and what are the specifics of the data entity for Table A?
