Dynamics Ax 2012 R3 Performance Problem

Our Dynaiics Ax 2012(C11) version is 6.3.4000.127 and Microsoft SQL Server 2016 (SP2-GDR)

When we restart our Ax is well but sometimes a few hours, sometimes a few days after the Ax getting slower. we have to restart the SQL Server machine. We moved to SQL machine physical to virtual, and install new. and sas disk to ssd disk but our problem continue.

SQL

RAM : 100.000 GB

Virtual proceesessors : 8

AOS

Ram : 40 GB

Virtual proceesessors : 4

Terminal

Ram: 45 GB

Virtual proceesessors : 8

this is our SQL Sever machine. SQL and other machine working comfortable but Ax screens is slow.

I have auto jobs every week shrink, rebuilding index and reorganize index.

    Hello Faruk,

    There are lot of factors can impact performance, like SQL Blocking/index fragmentation/Code logic..... I would suggest to refer below article to find bottleneck first then based on that do tuning.

    Dear Faruk Durak,

    1. Perform db synchronize

    2. Full CIL

    3. Database consistency check

    4. Flush all cache files (.auc) files from AOS

    and most important, make sure no non technical user can access AOT part of the AX.
