Excel Add-in Environment Connection Error

Every time i open a blank excel file (2016) and want to connect to AX 2012 to export/import/publish data, i open connection options and it has default values that have no relation with my Instances or DBs.

Where can i configure these connections? so that i can easily swap form TEST or PROD environments without manually inputing all the connection credentials??

    Hi Tom,

    You can configure the connection using the Microsoft Dynamics AX Configuration Utility, the Excel Add-In picks the active connection there.

    Path: Windows --> Start Menu --> Administrative Tools --> Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Configuration

    Yes, I have created a new configuration in the AX Server, choosing Business Connector as Target, but i close and open excel in my client laptop and it does not refresh, any thoughts??

    Thank you Mohammed for the quick response, I found out why i was incorrect, the problem was that i was creating the connection in the AX Server and not my Client computer, i did what you indicated via my client computer and all was correct, Thank you very much.
