Workflow delegate to new user

Hi all,

User has given few journals, which failed to approve the workflow because the approve no more exist in the organization's.

GL - General Journals

So, they provide us new approver name to add. So, that he can the approve those journals.

Note - The particular user I'd and recid from LesgerJournalTable is not found in workflowworkitemTable.

Kindly let me know how will delegate to new user for those journals through x++?

Please give me more shed on this .

Yes i have added both user in the below configuration.

Is this correct place above Orange Marked?

Could please send me the script for recall the workflow. So, that I can use the script for all journals and user can SUBMIT the workflow again.

Please give me more shed on this.

Hello,

Have you tried to recall the submitted journals and sumit them again after modification of the workflow by designing the new approver on the cycle.

In order to avoid this problem, is better to define 2 approvers by level within single approval rule.

Can you share the setup?

I think you can just remove them and add new users from there.

If the above is done then you can just write a script to recall the WF and resubmit as fresh.

Which type of assignments you are using for workflow?

Workflow user?

Managerial Hierarchy ?

Hi Ramit,

Yes, I thought the same before and I have done the same before for other requirement. But here found that user is not exist in AX. So, unable to replace. That is the problem.

I have script to replace user with 1 approver not multiples. They asked me to add 2 approves...

So, I am thinking about configuration, if possible.

Hi,

I dont think this is possible by configuration as such.

You need to think of a script to replace the user, this is one of the solution I can think of.

Ramit,

Customer dont wants to do one by one. They wants to do in bulk.

Is it possible through workflow configuration , I mean if I add those users with OR condition without any script.
