Tdestefano, can you post a screen shot of the report you are looking at to clarify what data column you are having a problem with.  It will help us all to understand better.

I would also suggest that due to the age of this posting, you might consider creating a new thread.

Did you ever get a resolution on this?  I'm having the same issue.

    Thank you

RE: VIEWING VOID INVOICES VIA SMART LIST

When I run an invoice listing in Smartlist from Sales transactions, with the column "Void Status" I am getting inaccurate results. Some invoices that are voided are showing in the list as "Normal" instead of "voided". When I run a similar report in receivable transactions, I get accurate information using the field "void date".

Does anyone know why I cannot run an accurate voided sales transaction report or am I possibly misinterpreting the fields?

    Zulfi,

Please note that for the following Smartlist the field is called Void Status.

    1) Sales Transactions - Under Sales

    2) Receivable Transactions - Under Sales

    3) Receiving Transactions -  Under Purchasing

For Payable transactions the field name is called Voided.

On all of the above default smartlist might not include the Void Status or Voided Field you have to Columns on the middle of top and find the void status field and save it to favorites so its stay there.

For adding this field please press Columns- Press Add-type Void on find field and after selecting the field  press ok on 2 windows.  Then go to favorites and press modify to save the current change of adding the new field.

In the relevant SmartList Object look for a column named something like Voided or Void Status to use Ina search definition.
