Setting default application when opening record from Dynamics App for outlook

Hi all,

Is there a way to set a default App when opening a record from the Dynamics App for Outlook? It seems the users get the wrong App and BPF and so on.. So we would need to be able to set the default app.

So as I understand it, it will select the application that had been selected the last time a record was viewed in the Dynamics App for outlook. So this can be changed by just changing the application in the app launcher while inside the record view option in Dynamics App for Outlook
