When I open my MPOS application at register 32reg3 I got this error message
We do not have any registers or devices with the name 008R2 in our system
Reactivation did not resolve the issue
Does anyone know how to solve this
Hi Navid,
Please try the following steps:
Click Retail > Setup > Devices.
Select the number of the device that you are trying to activate.
In the Activation status column, check whether the status is activated or deactivated.
Change the Activation status to Pending.
Activate the device again.

I followed all the steps but still have the same issue
I used to see these error messages usually on the test devices where we frequently switch device IDs without deactivating the old one. Maybe a device ID "008R2" was used in the past on the same hardware from a different D365 environment. It was more of a warning. We were able to skip the error message and continue to the login screen whenever this happened.
A POS reinstallation and activation might help, not sure.
