There is a Metadata Document Generator available for the XRMToolBox. https://www.xrmtoolbox.com/
Is that generate the files in XML format ?
No, it just spits it out into an excel or word document.
I need to generate XML and XSD file formats for the entities .
You could try using CRMSvcUtil.exe to generate the C# or VB.net classes, then convert them to XSD using XSD.exe
We can use ConfigurationMigration tool present in SDK for generating the XML and XSD for the Entities .
