How to connect D365 Business Central to a make.com webhook?

Hi, I want to create an automation workflow in D365 BC like the following:
Trigger: A contact record is updated with new information
Action: The updated record is sent to a make.com webhook for furthering handling (e.g., syncing with other crm platforms)

I read some posts about registering the webhook first or requiring further authentication procedures.
May I ask is there any comprehensive instruction I can follow
so that I can pass contact data (or any data in the future) to a make.com webhook for further handling?

Thank you very much.
