Greeting guys,
I have a question with regards "User Options" in our ERP System and specifically in the User Options panel, I would like the option of "Send notification in email" be enabled by default every time I add new user to the system, How can I achieve this requirement?, I need this to be done at the earliest since for the existing users I struggled with going through each user to check whether the option is enabled or not.

Hi Mohammed,
I don't think this is possible, however I can suggest a better way for all your users data, you don't need to select the user one by one, instead you can use excel add-in and update in one go.

For existing users, like Ramit mentioned you can evaluate to use Excel add-inn or use data management to update users with this specific field (SENDNOTIFICATIONSINEMAIL)
Regarding new users, you can import them via an Excel template that can be imported via data management in the solution. You need to use standard entity "User information" to import users.
Thank you so much for this tip, it's very helpful, but if we want to be by default enabled going forward to the new users without every time exporting an excel to do updating process, how can we achieve this?
Hi, I cannot find any better solution than already mentioned for you business need. You can may think for customization here by create a template for creation of new users.
