payable voucher printpout issue

In past when my office co-worker printout payable vouchers he got 2 printout in one page. but in recent he gets one page for one payable voucher.Why this happening does setting change? if change occurs how could reset the printout settings??

    The likely scenario here is the printer settings were changed on the machine.  If a new printer was installed, or a network printer was removed and recreated, then this would be a distinct possibility.  Check Microsoft Dynamics GP > Printer Setup, under properties, check the advanced tab for number of copies.

    If you're using the Named Printers Feature, removing the printer required you to recreate and remap it.
