I cant able to download the reference symbols in the sandbox environment. Please suggest. Thanks.

Please check your launch.json

Make sure it has proper values in properties

"environmentType": "Sandbox"

"environmentName": "Sandbox"

There are major prerequisites -

- Launch json file should have all valid information.

- The Account has all the major permissions set

The error is due to user permissions, you need the permission: D365 EXTENSION MGT
