Currently we have to switch to each one to upload excel General Ledger entries using D1 Free Excel Paste. This is very time consuming since we have around 20 companies and have to switch to each one and do the upload. Can some provide any guidance with potential using an interface table or another integration tool. We strictly need this for the General Ledger
what do you mean by D1 Free Excel Paste ? You can use tools like power automate in combination with share point or one drive to automate the process.
Which entity are you using to import the entries ? Is is LedgerJOurnalEntity ?
Look at the below blog which is for vendor invoices , you ca do similar thing in your scenario.

I haven't heard of D1 Free Excel Paste. Where is the data coming from? Perhaps you can automate the whole process.

It the feature in the Journal entry. I would rather have all of these entries automate via and interface or some process. Any help will be much appreciated
Can you share more info about your requirement ? Also information about your version , from where data is coming for these entries etc.. without knowing anything its difficult to provide suggestions. Looks like you are using AX 2012 , this forum is for D365.
Microsoft Dynamics 2016 is the version we are using.
Could you be more specific? Is it Dynamics CRM 2016?
