when trying to install GP 2010 on new SQL server on Server 2008

I had a customer with the same problem trying to install a GP 2010 service pack on a new 32-bit Windows 7 workstation. Turned out to be a corrupted installation package. Once he re-downloaded the service pack, it installed properly.
